Call of Duty serisinin bağımsız zombi temalı oyununa dair söylentiler geliştiriciler tarafından yalanlandı.

Zombies has become a prominent part of Call of Duty franchise. The first ever Zombie mode appeared in 2008’s Call of Duty: World at War, and since then we have seen them in multiple game series’ titles, including Black Ops (mostly), Advanced Warfare, Infinite Warfare, and Call of Duty: WWII.

Anyway, despite having such popularity, there is still no standalone Call of Duty title about zombies. Recently, Dexerto portal revealed that a standalone Call of Duty Zombies video game is reportedly planned to release for the next-gen consoles, which made the fans excited. However, the official Call of Duty social media account denied these rumors, as you can check below:

“A standalone Call of Duty Zombies title is reportedly being planned for next-gen consoles

The title is said to debut alongside a separate multiplayer entry. The games would be launch titles for the next Xbox

The rumor factory working overtime. This ain't it.”

According to the source, the game is set to be developed by Treyarch—the studio that created the Call of Duty: Black Ops game series and also Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Vanguard, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (2023). Anyway, it all doesn’t matter right now, as the rumor is officially denied.

The new Call of Duty video game is not officially announced, but according to previous reports, it will be a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, developed by Infinity Ward.
