Breaking News: Sprout Unveils Powerful New Lineup - Shocking Roster Changes Revealed!
German organization Sprout has announced the finalization of its revamped CS:GO roster with the addition of three talented players. The new lineup features former Spirit AWPer Ihor "w0nderful" Zhdanov, experienced player Rasmus "raalz" Steensborg, and rising talent Olle "spooke" Grundström. In addition to the main roster, Sprout will also be fielding an academy lineup.
The trio's arrival marks a significant change for Sprout as they bid farewell to Victor "Staehr" Staehr, Laurențiu "lauNX" Țârlea, and Adrian "XELLOW" Guță. Staehr and Țârlea have found new homes in Astralis and Falcons, respectively, while XELLOW departed during the summer tournament break.
The standout addition to the team is w0nderful, who joins Sprout after being benched by Spirit despite his impressive performance as their top performer. The Ukrainian AWPer boasts a remarkable 1.13 rating over his one-year tenure with the Russian squad.
Meanwhile, raalz brings a wealth of experience to the lineup, returning for his second stint with Sprout. In his previous tenure, he served as the in-game leader, but this time he will be passing on the captaincy to 18-year-old Daniil "alpha" Demin. Since joining the team in May, alpha has displayed versatility, strategic prowess, and confidence in his role.
Completing the new roster is spooke, a former member of PROSPECTS, the now-defunct academy team of 00NATION. The 21-year-old Swede has showcased his talent in the lower-tier scene, boasting an impressive 1.09 rating across 376 maps played in just a year and a half.
The revamped Sprout lineup consists of the following players:
- Rasmus "Zyphon" Nordfoss (Denmark)
- Daniil "alpha" Demin (Russia)
- Ihor "w0nderful" Zhdanov (Ukraine)
- Rasmus "raalz" Steensborg (Denmark)
- Olle "spooke" Grundström (Sweden)
The team will be guided by coach Danny "BERRY" Krüger from Denmark.
Sprout's new roster is poised to bring fresh energy and talent to the competitive CS:GO scene, aiming to make their mark in upcoming tournaments and competitions.
