Perfect World Announces CS Asia Championships 2025, Expands Tournament Format
Perfect WorldPerfect World has officially announced the 2025 edition of the CS Asia Championships (CAC), marking the fourth iteration of the tournament since its inception in 2018. Following editions in 2019 and 2023, the tournament will return from October 1-13, 2025, in China. This event will coincide with another major tournament run by ESL during the same period.
The 2025 edition of CAC will see a significant expansion, increasing the number of participating teams from eight to sixteen, doubling its size compared to previous years. Past champions of the tournament include FaZe in 2023, MOUZ in 2019, and Natus Vincere in 2018.
Interestingly, no CS Asia Championships event is planned for 2024, as Perfect World is focused on preparing to host its first-ever Major, scheduled to take place in Shanghai from November 30 to December 15.
