•         Random is unavailable after 10 seconds in Unranked or in the final pick in Ranked
•         Repicking in Unranked behaves in the same way like in Ranked. A player receives a new random hero instead of making a pick.
•         Picking of the same hero after re-randoming is no longer available.
•         Increased report sensitivity of the low priority
