S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl Release Delayed to November 20th – Exclusive Insights and Developer Deep Dive Coming Soon!
The developers of the video game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl have announced another delay in its release. The new release date is now set for November 20th, instead of the previously scheduled September 5th.
In a video, one of the game's characters, Colonel Korshunov, addressed the stalkers, informing them that the Zone will remain closed to visitors until November 20th, "until 'The Watch' completes its duties."
In response, a stalker sighs and says, "You’re kidding… Seriously? Again? Oh, give me a break."
The developers explained that these additional two months will allow them to fix more "unexpected anomalies," referring to "bugs."
Additionally, the studio announced the release of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Developer Deep Dive video, which will be available on Xbox media platforms on August 12th. This video will feature exclusive interviews, new footage, and a complete walkthrough of one of the game's quests.
"We are grateful for your continued support and understanding. It means a lot to us. Like you, we are eagerly looking forward to the game's release so you can embark on your own journey through the Zone," emphasized GSC Game World.
