Grand Theft Auto VI'dan Kripto Para Özelliği Kaldırıldı

The development of Grand Theft Auto VI is still underway, although the game is confirmed to release this year, on November 19, as confirmed not only by the CEO of Take-Two, Strauss Zelnick, during the latest earnings call but also by authoritative gaming insider Millia A, who confirmed in the latest report there are “no planned delays.”

Obviously, during the development of any video game, there are features that are not making the final cut, and Grand Theft Auto VI is one of them. As revealed by the latest huge leak on Reddit, so far Rockstar Games has cut such things in GTA VI as the voices of protagonists in the multiplayer mode, the ability to lie down by main characters, and even Jay Norris from Grand Theft Auto V, who was seemingly set to appear in the game as a random encounter.

Back in 2021, another gaming insider, Tom Henderson, revealed Rockstar Games is considering implementing a cryptocurrency system for Grand Theft Auto VI multiplayer mode, where some rewards reportedly were given to the player in digital currency, simulating the real crypto market. However, during the conversation on X social media, Henderson shared some disappointing update about crypto in Grand Theft Auto VI, as you can check below:

“Do you guys think there is going to be Cryptocurrency in GTA VI?!

Back in 2021 Tom Henderson stated that Rockstar plans to implement crypto into GTA 6 Online

I believe this was scrapped years ago”

As you can see, according to Tom Henderson, we will not see a crypto system in the online mode of Grand Theft Auto VI, as Rockstar is likely to cut this during the development. We still don’t know much about the multiplayer mode in Grand Theft Auto VI, but we’ll definitely find out more this summer, when the game’s marketing officially starts.
