Microsoft'un Duyurusu Yapılmamış Fallout Video Oyunu İptal Edilebilir

Bethesda Game Studios might be busy now with Fallout 76, the latest Fallout installment, and the game recently received another update, where a lot of features were fixed to provide more stable gameplay. But the studio is confirmed to be working on the fifth installment of Fallout, as well as rumors claiming Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas remasters are on their way too.

Nevertheless, there might be another Fallout video game, developed not by Bethesda, that could actually be cancelled. According to gaming journalist Jeff Gerstmann, one of Microsoft’s studios has been working on an unannounced Fallout video game, however, it is believed the game is now abandoned and will never see the light of day. He revealed this during his The Jeff Gerstmann Show on YouTube, and you can check out his quote below:

“There was a Fallout thing in development at another Microsoft owned studio that I think is no longer going to see the light of day.”

Unfortunately, he didn’t mention which Xbox Game Studios department had worked on Fallout video game or any details about its story and the gameplay. He also stated Bethesda is not looking to allow other studios to develop new Fallout and The Elder Scrolls titles, but it’s not related to remakes and remastered versions. As we know, last year’s The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered was made by Virtuos studio, and the upcoming Fallout 3 Remastered and Fallout: New Vegas Remastered will probably have the same fate.

At this point, neither Microsoft nor Bethesda has confirmed Xbox Game Studios has developed and cancelled a Fallout video game, so this report should be considered with a grain of salt. As for Fallout 3 Remastered, a recent leak from a McFarlane toy listing confirmed the game is pretty much real, but Bethesda is not in a hurry to announce the game yet.
