Currently, CD Projekt RED is working on several major projects simultaneously, with the most prominent being The Witcher 4—which will kick off a new trilogy—and the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077. The developers are clearly aiming to release their games more frequently than they have in the past, a fact recently confirmed by the studio's CEO.

As reported by GamesRadar+, Michał Nowakowski stated that the studio aims to release new games regularly but does not strive to do so every year in order to maintain their quality standards. Additionally, he revealed that the company does not plan to spend time creating new brands, choosing instead to focus on developing the ones they already have. The highlights from his interview you can check out below:

"Our dream is to be making more games, although we never want to turn into the studio that's going to be launching a big game every year. It may happen, but this is not the goal. We have a rough ten-year rolling plan, but the goal is not to flood the games market with CDPR games. We just want to make really cool games, and we don't want to have a ton of IPs either. We're not planning to grow in that way.”

In addition to the previously mentioned The Witcher 4 (including the new trilogy of the franchise) and Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt RED is developing a multiplayer spin-off set in The Witcher universe titled Project Sirius, as well as a new IP - Project Hadar, described as an "emotional, open-world experience." Recently, it was also revealed that the studio is working on another Witcher game for PC and mobile devices, which will be distributed as a free-to-play title and allow players to create their own Witchers.

Moreover, Fool's Theory, a studio owned by CD Projekt RED, is working on the recently announced new DLC for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Songs of the Past, as well as a remake of the first Witcher game, which was announced back in 2022. All these projects are at different stages of development, but they share one thing in common: none of them have a confirmed release date.
