Now, it seems we've uncovered the name of the main villain in Marvel's Wolverine—a name that may sound familiar to fans of the comics and movies.

According to Legion Looterana, the main villain in Marvel's Wolverine will be a character named Bolivar Trask—a scientist who believed that the existence of mutants would lead to the extinction of humanity. He is also the creator of the Sentinels, massive robots and mutant hunters who, in the comics, are enemies of the X-Men. At least one Sentinel is expected to appear in Marvel's Wolverine. Trask has appeared multiple times in the X-Men films—for example, in X-Men: The Last Stand, where he was played by Bill Duke, and in X-Men: Days of Future Past, with Peter Dinklage taking on the role. The character has also featured in X-Men: The Animated Series, X-Men '97, and X-Men: Evolution.
