Oyuncular zaten «GTA 6: An Extended Look»ta GTA 5 ve Red Dead Redemption 2 göndermelerini keşfettiler
Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look has finally given fans the first real gameplay footage of the most anticipated game of 2026. Rockstar hasn't just met expectations; it's arguably raised the bar significantly, and players now have a much clearer picture of what GTA 6 will actually look like, including the core mechanics.
The 25-minute presentation, which premiered on Netflix before landing on Rockstar's own platforms, revealed the first gameplay footage along with glimpses of several story missions, side activities, and more. Fans have already started spotting references to Rockstar's previous games throughout the trailer, including Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA V. For instance, Jason is shown watching TV in his apartment, and a burger commercial cuts to a shot of a wilderness area full of wildlife. Fans quickly traced the location to the Red Dead Redemption 2 map, near Annesburg, with even the tree placement lining up, fueling speculation about a connection between the two games.

The GTA V references are a bit more subtle. At one point, Lucia is shown stealing a car with a streamer riding in the trunk, broadcasting a live view from the dashboard as the car moves. Sharp-eyed viewers spotted a comment during that livestream mentioning Lost Santos, the city from fifth installment. That's far from the only nod, though; the presentation also featured Valentina, a GTA Online character, giving Jason and Lucia a mission at the Vice City airport.

The references don't stop there, either. Fans also spotted artwork referencing a character from GTA: Vice City, a poster featuring Jack Howitzer from GTA V, and a mention of the Scooter Brothers, a brand that originated as a joke in GTA IV before becoming a real thing in GTA Online, all tucked away inside Jason and Lucia's apartment. Shortly after the Netflix premiere, Rockstar shared new official details about GTA 6, covering the story, characters, open world, and more. The GTA 6 map is reportedly twice the size of GTA V's and three times larger than Red Dead Redemption 2's. Story missions will often involve choices that shape what comes next, and the relationship between Jason and Lucia is entirely player-driven: spend more time together, and their bond strengthens, but neglect that connection, and it can hurt their morale and ability to work together on missions.
It's also been reported that at launch, GTA 6 will run at 30 FPS on all consoles, including the PlayStation 5 Pro, and won't include a first-person mode, though both are likely candidates for future updates. If you haven't watched Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look yet, it's now available on Rockstar Games’ YouTube channel.
