That lines up with comments from Rob Nelson, co-studio head at Rockstar North, who confirmed in a recent interview that GTA 6 will run at 30 FPS on consoles at launch. He didn't specify whether that applies to every console, including PlayStation 5 Pro, which some fans speculate could support a higher frame rate, and it's possible Rockstar adds 60 FPS performance mode support down the line.

As for the PC version of GTA 6, Rockstar hasn't officially confirmed a release on the platform yet, though there is no doubt it's coming eventually. According to a long-standing report from insider Tom Henderson, GTA 6 could land on PC in autumn 2027, which would line up reasonably well with how Rockstar has handled PC releases for its previous games.
