Increased the cooldown of Force Burst.

Reduced the base damage of Dance of Death .

Zoe

Quiet Hour now reduces the target's magic resistance when they fall asleep.

Quiet time

• Even Quieter: Enemies who fall asleep during Zoe's Quiet Hour now have their magic resistance reduced by 20/22.5/25/27.5/30%. (Note: the debuff disappears when the target wakes up.)
