Riot Games, VALORANT 4. Perde için Yeni Zirve Haritasını ve Geri Alma Modunu Tanıttı
During the VALORANT Masters London 2026 grand final, Riot Games unveiled the details of the Season 2026// Act 4 update. Players can look forward to a new map, a permanent 3v3 mode, a fresh skinline, and an updated battlepass. The release is set for Wednesday, June 24.
Summit: A Radiant Training Academy in the Mountains of China
The new map, Summit, drops players into a hidden academy in the mountains of China where Radiants from around the world train to better understand their abilities. According to the lore, the location was formerly home to a monastery where Sage studied before joining VALORANT.
The layout follows the classic structure: two bomb sites and three lanes. Summit's signature gimmick is its three droppable walls, one each on A site, B site, and Mid. Each wall is triggered by shooting a dedicated node, and once dropped, it cuts off sightlines and rotation paths for the rest of the round. Teams will need to keep track of which walls are already down and build their strategy around that information.
Summit enters the ranked pool immediately on launch. For the first two weeks after release, players will lose 50% less RR for losses on the map, while wins still grant the full 100% RR, Riot's way of encouraging players to learn the map without the fear of tanking their rank. On top of that, a Summit Only queue running in Swiftplay format will be available for the first seven days, letting players practice without any ranked stakes.
Retake: A New Permanent 3v3 Mode
The second major announcement is Retake, which is launching as a permanent mode rather than a limited-time event. The round starts with the Spike already in play: a few seconds after the round begins, the bomb automatically appears at a visible spot on site. One team defends the site while the other attacks to clear the defenders and defuse the charge. Sides swap every round, and the match runs to five round wins.
Instead of using full maps, Retake pulls individual bomb sites from VALORANT's existing map pool. Riot describes it as a curated selection of sites chosen to fit the mode's format, with plans to keep expanding that pool throughout the act.
Another wrinkle is the loadout-card system at the start of each round: players pick one of two randomized options for weapons and armor, plus a separate pick for ability charges. Both randomized pools get stronger as the match goes on, giving the mode an escalating feel similar to other fast-paced modes in Riot's other games.
Blackspyre Skin Collection and New Battlepass
Alongside the act comes the Blackspyre Collection, a skinline blending sci-fi and mystical influences. The set includes skins for the Phantom, Sheriff, Spectre, Ares, and a new melee weapon, the Divide.
The new battlepass will cost 1,000 VP and includes, among other rewards, a Sky Reaper skin for the Ghost, the Heal Up Squad player card, and the Blep spray.
The reveal landed right before the Masters London grand final, where Leviatán faced Paper Rex for the tournament title, one of the biggest events of the VALORANT season. Riot says full patch notes covering balance changes will follow closer to the June 24 release.
