According to information shared on X, the organization is considering the sale of its current roster, with several prominent esports clubs reportedly interested in acquiring the lineup.

Heretics, KOI, and GiantX Linked to M8 Roster

Sources cited by KRL claim that Heretics, KOI, and GiantX are all exploring the possibility of signing the Gentle Mates roster.

The move would represent a significant opportunity for any of the three organizations, as none currently field an active CS2 team. Acquiring an established lineup could provide an immediate entry point into the competitive Counter-Strike ecosystem.

Gentle Mates' Short Journey in Counter-Strike

Gentle Mates entered the Counter-Strike scene in August 2025 after signing the former Iberian Soul roster.
