Olena Oblamska, 340 milyon dolarlık Forsage kripto para dolandırıcılığı davasında Tayland'dan iade edildi.
Olena Oblamska, a 42-year-old Ukrainian known in the crypto community as Lola Ferrari, has become the first of the four co-founders of the notorious project Forsage to be extradited to the United States. She was detained in Thailand (Phuket) in February 2026 and handed over to U.S. authorities on May 8–9.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Forsage was marketed as a decentralized DeFi platform running on smart contracts on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Tron, combined with network marketing elements. Participants allegedly purchased “slots” in matrices and earned passive income through automated smart contracts. In reality, investigators say it was a classic Ponzi and pyramid scheme: funds from new investors were automatically transferred to earlier participants. Blockchain analysis showed that over 80% of investors lost money, while the project attracted approximately $340 million from victims worldwide.
Oblamska and her co-founders, Volodymyr Okhotnikov (Lado), Mykhailo Sergeiev (Mike Mooney/ Gleb), and Serhii Maslakov (all listed as Russian citizens, although Oblamska is Ukrainian), aggressively promoted the platform on social media as a “low-risk, high-return” investment tool. Oblamska herself called herself the “goddess” of Forsage.

On May 11, 2026, Olena Oblamska appeared before a magistrate judge in the federal court in Portland, Oregon. She pleaded not guilty to the single charge of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. The judge ordered her held in custody until trial. A four-day jury trial is scheduled for July 14, 2026. If convicted, she faces up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.
This marks the first criminal prosecution of DeFi project founders for running a Ponzi scheme in U.S. history. The Forsage case began in 2022–2023: the SEC filed a civil lawsuit, and in February 2023 a grand jury in Oregon indicted all four founders. The other three remain outside the reach of U.S. justice.
The extradition of Oblamska highlights that American law enforcement continues to actively pursue crypto fraudsters around the globe. For investors, this is yet another reminder: even “smart contracts” and a sleek DeFi wrapper do not guarantee safety if the project is built on attracting new money rather than delivering a real product.
The Forsage case could set a precedent for many similar “matrix” and “DeFi” pyramids that are still operating in the crypto industry.
