Epic Games CEO'su Fortnite Delulu Maçını Tek Bir Eleme Olmadan Kazandı
Fortnite’s new Delulu mode is already making waves, and even Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney decided to test his skills in the latest twist on battle royale. The mode removes building mechanics, adds proximity chat, and prevents players from queueing with teammates, forcing squads to form mid-match.
Sweeney managed to secure a Victory Royale in Delulu, but his approach was far from typical. He survived the match without firing a single bullet, scoring zero eliminations and dealing zero damage. Despite taking nearly 500 damage during the game, he outlasted the competition and walked away with the coveted victory umbrella.
“Tim Sweeney won a Delulu match in Fortnite without a single elimination,” reported VideoGamer, sharing a screenshot of the CEO’s post-match stats. The image shows a clean sheet of damage dealt and assists, underlining how unusual the win was.
Delulu mode launched only a week ago, first made available to content creators before opening to all players the following day. In its first session, over half a million players managed to grab victory umbrellas, a clear sign of its rapid popularity. Sweeney’s win put him among those early adopters who figured out how to work the mode’s unorthodox rules to their advantage.
The second session of Delulu mode began on Friday at 9 AM ET and runs until Monday, with a key update that now allows for full squad play. Unlike the initial run, where players had to survive and negotiate alliances alone, the new version gives groups the chance to aim for victory together.
Fortnite’s Delulu mode has quickly become one of the game’s standout experiments, showing how small adjustments to the formula can create a fresh experience, even for a veteran battle royale title. Sweeney’s win only highlights how unpredictable and varied its outcomes can be.
