League of Legends Yama 26.7

Riot Games has officially released Patch 26.7 for League of Legends, focusing on targeted balance adjustments and system updates ahead of the upcoming second season. While the patch is not considered a major overhaul, it introduces important tweaks to champions, ranked systems, and limited-time content.

The update primarily targets support balance, alongside adjustments to several meta-dominant champions.

Key Focus of Patch 26.7

According to Riot, this patch emphasizes support role balance. Champions like Karma and Nami were overperforming in high-level play, while Rell had fallen out of the meta.

In addition, several other champions received adjustments to address their current effectiveness across different skill levels.

Cassiopeia

• Mana: 450 → 480
• Bonus Damage: 20/43/66/89/112 → 20/45/70/95/120

Kalista

• AD Scaling per Spear:20/25/30/35/40% → 20/27.5/35/42.5/50%

Rell

• Movement Speed:10% (up to 25%) → 15% (up to 30%)
• Damage:120/200/280 (+110% AP) → 150/200/350 (+110% AP)

Shyvana

• Ultimate Haste no longer grants passive Fury regeneration
• Now increases Fury generation by 1% per point of Ultimate Haste

Graves

• Attack Damage: 68 → 66

Karma

• Empowered Shield (R+E):50/100/150/200 (+45% AP) → 45/85/125/165 (+45% AP)

Nami

• Bounce Modifier:-10% (+10% per 100 AP) → -20% (+15% per 100 AP)

Ornn

• Brittle Damage: 10–18% → 9–17%

Singed

• Bonus Stats: 25/60/95 → 25/55/85

Veigar

• Cooldown: 100/80/60 → 120/90/60 seconds

I think the support-focused adjustments are justified, especially considering how dominant Karma and Nami have been in coordinated play.

Ranked Queue Improvements

Players affected by disruptive behavior—such as trolling or idling—will now receive full LP compensation, replacing the previous partial system.

I see this as a strong step toward improving competitive integrity, especially in ranked environments where player behavior has a major impact.

April Fools’ Event Content

Patch 26.7 also introduces temporary April Fools’ content, available until Patch 26.8:

• Swain’s Hot Chicken event with rewards like icons, emotes, and pass XP
• Hextech Fan bundle (250 RP), including a chest, key, and title

Chaos in the Rift

In non-ranked Summoner’s Rift modes, Riot has added humorous mechanics under the “Chaos in the Rift” theme:

• Disguised minions
• Enhanced visual effects
• Cosmetic additions like hats for kill participation

ARAM has also received a themed update.

• Adjustments to augments Poro Salvo and Void Breach
• Buff to Shyvana’s rage generation
• Added festive visuals, new shop elements, and interactive features

Demacia Rising Updates

The “Demacia Rising” mini-game receives its final major update in Patch 26.7:

• Introduction of Chapters 7 and 8
• New settlements and gameplay elements
• Addition of Jarvan IV and Quinn
• Expanded buildings and research systems

Players can continue progressing until Patch 26.9.

Starting April 15, 2026, the following skins will be available:
