In the qualifiers for PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, Virtus.pro, NAVI, and Cloud9 ended up in the same group
Organizers have unveiled the structure for the closed qualifiers of the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 in CS2, highlighting the participation of Eastern European teams. With a minimum of nine Eastern European teams in the fray, the competition is set to be intense.
Two main groups, Group A and Group B, have been formed, with prominent teams like Virtus.pro, NAVI, Cloud9, MOUZ, and others set to battle it out. However, the groups will expand further, with an additional eight teams joining each group through four open qualifiers.
The action kicks off on January 8th with an initial stage featuring eight teams progressing to the subsequent phase. The PGL Copenhagen Major, scheduled between March 17th to 31st, 2024, promises to be a grand event. The Royal Arena, accommodating up to 16,000 attendees, will host the playoffs where teams will vie for a staggering prize pool of $1.25 million.
