Pokémon Champions ne zaman çıkacak?

Announced last year by Game Freak studio and published by The Pokémon Company, Pokémon Champions is the latest Pokémon title. It is also a free-to-play multiplayer spin-off to the wider Pokémon video game franchise in the genre of turn-based strategy. The game is finally releasing next month on both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, but also on Android and iOS later this year. Moreover, it will feature cross-platform across all devices.

When Is Pokémon Champions Coming Out

Pokémon Champions remains one of the most anticipated multiplayer titles of 2026, likely for its massive fan base all around the world. Fortunately, gamers don’t need to wait too long, as Pokémon Champions releases on April 8 for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. However, the owners of Android and iOS, as the game is also releasing on mobile platforms, which was confirmed during the game’s announcement last year, will need to be patient as the release date for Android and iOS is still unknown. Anyway, most of the gamers, and even those who are not familiar with the franchise, will be able to try Pokémon Champions in two weeks, considering the game is free-to-play.

Pokémon Champions Platforms

Pokémon Champions will be the first Pokémon video game since 2021 to release not only on Nintendo platforms but also on mobile devices. The last such game was Pokémon Unite, released in 2021 and developed by TiMi Studio Group. You can check out the list of all platforms Pokémon Champions releases and their respective release dates:

The game is also confirmed to feature cross -platform play across all devices (Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Android, and iOS), with Ranked and Casual modes available. Gamers will be able to import and export their Pokémon from Pokémon HOME, a cloud service for all platforms and the place where players and their Pokémon can meet other players. By the way, Pokémon Champions is not the first Pokémon title with cross-platform; for instance, the above-mentioned Pokémon Unite has cross-platform support as well, where Switch users can fight against those who are using Android or iOS, and progression is shared across devices. Pokémon HOME works like cross-play, allowing players from all platforms to share the screen, but not in terms of gameplay, and one of the most famous Pokémon titles, Pokémon GO, is cross-platform only on mobile devices.

Pokémon Champions Details

As we know, Pokémon Champions is a free-to-play strategy title, and it features Single and Double Battles with three different modes: Ranked, Casual, and Private. You can see the difference between all of them below:

• Casual Battles—For more relaxed matchups
• Private Battles—For friendly skirmishes with selected opponents

As Pokémon Champions is free-to-play, it will include some in-game purchases. As confirmed on Pokémon’s official website, the Starter Pack for Pokémon Champions will be available on the release date for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 (April 8). The price of the Starter Pack is not unveiled yet.
