Earlier this year, the first rumors surfaced regarding a new Activision title— an ambitious open-world RPG positioned as a potential competitor to Grand Theft Auto and Cyberpunk 2077. Although the project has yet to be officially announced, new details about it continue to emerge.

As revealed via Reddit 's post, the information comes directly from the LinkedIn account of Elsewhere Entertainment, a new Activision studio based in Warsaw, comprised of veterans who previously worked on titles such as The Last of Us, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and Cyberpunk 2077. Previous rumors confirmed that the game will include multiplayer, and the studio is currently seeking a 'Design Director' with prior PvE experience, as well as a 'Level Designer' and a 'Quest Designer,' as you can check out below:

Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a multiplayer design director to:

• join the development of a new IP;
• primarily focus on PvE experiences and be responsible for developing a cohesive vision encompassing, engagement systems, seasonal content, progressions, mission design, encounter design, RPG systems.

Also looking for level designers and quest designers who have:

• experience leading content design teams on AAA Open World titles;
• an interest in Open World RPG’s

At the moment, the title of the new game remains unknown, but the LinkedIn profile description indicates that Elsewhere Entertainment is working on "an all-new franchise". Given that several gaming events are scheduled ahead, such as Summer Game Fest and the Xbox Games Showcase, it is quite possible that a full reveal of the game will take place as early as the start of summer.
