One of the most anticipated releases this fall—or, more accurately, this September - is Silent Hill: Townfall, a new franchise’s spin-off developed by Screen Burn Interactive. Following the success of 2025’s Silent Hill f, Konami is continuing to expand the franchise with unconventional spin-offs, and it seems that while Townfall may have a different setting, the fictional Scottish town of St. Amelia, it will retain one of the franchise’s signature elements.

On its social media, the official Silent Hill account confirmed that the upcoming spin-off, Townfall, will feature multiple endings, all of which will be based on the decisions players make. Although the developers did not specify how many endings will be in the game, they teased that each one will be emotionally impactful and will not leave players indifferent, as you can check out below:

In September 2026, Silent Hill: Townfall will face tough competition, as many major studios are releasing their new video games—and, of course, GTA 6 is responsible to blame for this. For example, on September 24—the day Townfall launches—Control Resonant, Remedy’s biggest and most ambitious project so far, will also be launched. The very next day, September 25, Capcom plans to release Onimusha: Way of the Sword, as rumors of an earlier release date have not yet been confirmed. Not to mention that earlier in the first month of autumn, Marvel’s Wolverine, The Blood of Dawnwalker, Halloween: The Game, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV, etc., will be launched as well.
