In a recent X post, he revealed the game will definitely offer a 60 FPS option, specifically on PlayStation 5 Pro, as you can check out below.

That said, HipHopGamer's claim shouldn't be treated as confirmed fact, especially since Rob Nelson, co-studio head at Rockstar North, has already stated GTA 6 will run at 30 FPS across all consoles, as well as the PlayStation 5 Pro. Digital Foundry's recent analysis adds further weight to that, suggesting Rockstar likely settled on 30 FPS for consoles because hitting 60 FPS is technically nearly out of reach right now. IGN made a similar point, noting that while GTA 6 is a technical masterpice, the game's full potential will only really be unlocked on PC.
