Minecraft'ın Yeni Güncellemesi Bakır At Zırhı Ekliyor ve Hurdaya Çıkarılmış Bir Canavarı Geri Getiriyor

Minecraft’s third big update of 2025 is all about copper. A new mob, new items, updated tools, redstone tricks, and even copper horse armor are now being tested in the latest Preview build. The goal? Make copper something players actually want to use. For years, it’s been the least exciting metal in the game—now, Mojang is giving it new life.

Copper horse armor is a small but real part of the update. It’s not craftable, just like the existing horse armors, and has the same chance of appearing in loot as iron armor. It gives horses a defense value of 4, placing it just above leather but under iron. There’s not much more to it. The community isn’t exactly begging for more horse armor, but it fits with the update’s theme. Mojang didn’t try to hype it up either—the armor’s reveal screenshot even sticks the horse in the background, almost like a visual shrug.

But while the copper horse armor is an amusing addition, it’s not the focus of the update. The real headline is the return of the Copper Golem.

Minecraft’s New Update Adds Copper Horse Armor and Brings Back a Scrapped Mob 1

Back in 2021, Minecraft held one of its community Mob Votes. The Copper Golem was a contender but lost to the Allay. Since then, it’s lived in the void of forgotten concepts. Now, years later, Mojang is bringing it into the game. This little orange bot isn’t just a decorative sidekick. It has specific functions and mechanics designed around copper storage.

Copper Golems will collect and move items between copper chests and standard chests. If you’ve been dumping all your loot into one giant mess of chests, these new mobs will help tidy it up. They’ll search for existing stacks and consolidate them. If nothing matches, they’ll drop the items into the next available empty chest. It’s an early form of automation that’s approachable and fun to watch.

The Golems can also oxidize over time, just like other copper blocks. As they age, they slowly turn green unless you wax them. That gives players a decision to make—freeze the Golem’s look or let it become part of a visually changing base. When oxidized fully, they can even become decorative statues, adding some nice flair to builds.

Copper chests are new as well. They’re not just for the Golems. They offer storage options that play into this system and are part of the larger copper overhaul. These chests give copper a fresh use case and give players a reason to collect it beyond crafting a few lightning rods or building a green roof.

Minecraft’s New Update Adds Copper Horse Armor and Brings Back a Scrapped Mob 2

The update is also adding a full set of copper tools, weapons, and armor. They sit right between stone and iron in terms of durability and damage. That’s a helpful tier for early-game players who want to save iron for buckets, shears, or redstone tools. Copper is common, but until now it hasn’t had real value. These new gear sets change that and offer more variety in the first hours of survival.

There’s also a new utility item—shelves. These are blocks that can display up to three item stacks each, similar to item frames but with more depth. The shelves aren’t just visual, either. They can connect to redstone and be powered. Players can wire shelves to quickly swap their hotbar with the items on display. That makes it easy to set up multiple loadouts for mining, building, or combat.

Put all of this together, and the picture is clear. This update is designed to make copper finally feel like a real part of the game. For years, it’s been mostly ignored. Players would mine it early on, then leave stacks of it untouched once better resources became available. With Golems, gear, chests, armor, shelves, and redstone interactions, Mojang is trying to shift that mindset.

There’s no official name for the update yet. It’s just known as the next “Game Drop,” but it already feels more focused than some past patches. The copper concept ties everything together, and the revival of a Mob Vote loser shows Mojang is willing to dig back into old ideas that fans didn’t forget.

That decision to bring back the Copper Golem also has fans hoping other Mob Vote losers might return someday. There’s a growing list of unused concepts—from the Glare to the Moobloom—that could offer new features or balance tweaks. But for now, the spotlight is firmly on copper.

Players who want to test these features can check them out in the latest Minecraft Preview builds on Xbox, Windows, and Android. Java Edition players will have to wait a bit longer for a snapshot, but it’s on the way. The full update is likely to launch near the end of summer or early fall, depending on testing feedback and development time.

It’s a strange but satisfying turn for Minecraft’s least popular ore. After years of being overlooked, copper is finally getting its time to shine—and tarnish, if you don’t wax it. Whether it’s organizing your chests with tiny Golems or decking out your horse with metallic armor, this update is committed to giving copper a real reason to exist.
